Community Water Plan
In order to protect our endangered groundwater resources, ensure water reliability and resiliency to our customers, and prepare for climate change and other future challenges we may face, the District developed an action-oriented Community Water Plan.

Groundwater
All of our community's water is pumped with wells from underground from the Mid-County Groundwater Basin.

Pure Water Soquel is Soquel Creek Water District’s groundwater replenishment and seawater intrusion prevention project.

Stage 3 Water Shortage Emergency
The Board of Directors voted to approve Resolution 19-08, declaring a continued Stage 3 Water Supply Shortage at their regularly scheduled meeting on April 7, 2020.
