- Your Water
Water seems like such a simple matter. Our most basic life force. Yet, the source of our water, and sustaining its presence in our lives, is becoming increasingly more complicated. Our water has been the object of many community conversations. Take a look at the information presented here to learn more about our most precious resource. Because, water matters.
Community Water Plan
In order to protect our endangered groundwater resources, ensure water reliability and resiliency to our customers, and prepare for climate change and other future challenges we may face, the District developed an action-oriented Community Water Plan.
All of our community's water is pumped with wells from underground from the Mid-County Groundwater Basin.
Pure Water Soquel
Pure Water Soquel is Soquel Creek Water District’s groundwater replenishment and seawater intrusion prevention project.
Rules of Water Waste
These restrictions will help protect the District’s water supply from groundwater overdraft, seawater intrusion, and drought.
Stage 3 Water Shortage Emergency
The Board of Directors voted to approve Resolution 19-08, declaring a continued Stage 3 Water Supply Shortage at their regularly scheduled meeting on April 7, 2020.
Soquel Creek Water District's number one priority is providing all of our customers with a safe and reliable supply of water that can be used with confidence.
